Returns and Refund Policy

Being a one-person team unfortunately makes refunds and returns difficult for me to do. 


For PREORDERS:
I do not allow refunds or returns unless the item is defective, I will send you a new item. You have up to 3 days from the day your order says it's been delivered to notify me of any issues. 

For lost items, I will check with the shipping company (USPS). If the tracking services says that the package is LOST I can refund 75% of your order, but if the service says the package was DELIVERED and you still have not received it I can refund only 25% of the order.

When contacting me please provide your name and order number, as well as a picture of the defective item showing the defect


For REGULAR Orders:
I do not allow refunds or returns unless the item is lost.
